This site provides information for participants in the Michigan Conservation Partnership, 3rd Annual Summer Conference. The purpose of the site is to provide Web access to the Internet Introduction in Natural Resources Communication and Information. Because the focus of this presentation is the Internet, the information content is made available on the Internet. Like all Web sites, this site is subject to change, either in content or even possibly the address, so take heed, review its contents during the course duration.
Please note that many of the pages contain links that take you away from this website. If you choose one of those links by clicking on them, you will need to use the Back button on your browser button bar to come back.
What you can find in this set of pages:
- The Internet, provides introductory information on the Internet, including a brief description of the Internet, how to gain access to the Internet and what can be done on the Internet. External links are included to connect you to additional sites in these subject areas.
- Internet Resources, provides more in-depth Internet information, information on how to create Web pages and Internet literature references.
- The Watershed Sites page links to examples of interesting watershed associated Web pages. These are only a small subset of watershed related sites found on the Web. You can add to this list of sites by conducting your own Web searches.
